Our 24/7 Triage Team supports employees in any language. For minor issues, we guide self-care telephonically in line with OSHA First Aid; when helpful, we dispatch a mobile tech to the worksite for on-site care. We follow OSHA First Aid and applicable Workers’ Comp statutes.
The goal: make it easy for employees to get appropriate care through self-care outcomes without defaulting to clinic visits and claim filing. Our partners are currently experiencing an 87% reduction in claims frequency when utilizing this triage response service.

When Triage Isn't Enough: Claims Engineering.
If advanced care is needed, we transition seamlessly. During the triage call we take a recorded statement at time of injury and refer within the MPN. En route, our team notifies the clinic with Return-to-Work (RTW) directives so physicians provide tangible work restrictions, not default “off work” notes.
Behind the scenes, our Claims Manager runs ODG forecasts on expected cost and duration, then coordinates Modified Duty with the employer. When in-house options are limited, we tap a nationwide network of non-profit placements to match virtually any restriction.
Because everyone is trained upfront, we typically secure placements within 24-48 hours, minimizing or eliminating short-term indemnity. For the first month, we stay close as restrictions evolve, hand the adjuster a clean, strategic file, and ensure the employer executes the plan.
